On 13 June 2026, Absinthe en Fête returns to the Val-de-Travers. From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., sixteen distilleries welcome you for tastings, guided tours and an immersion at the heart of a heritage unique in the world. From 6 p.m., the celebration moves to the Parc Girardier in Môtiers: food trucks, cocktail bar, concerts and DJ sets until 4 a.m.
The Maison de l’Absinthe opens its doors and presents its new temporary exhibition Pernod: Birth of the Aperitif. Our garden hosts the giant fountain and serves sweet and savoury absinthe specialities as well as a dish of the day. At Boveresse, the historic drying house and its artisan market await you. The Fromagerie des Sagnettes invites you to discover its new premises over a raclette or a fondue.
