A tasting of three absinthes from the Geinoz distillery, paired with cheese and bread from the region, followed by coffee and chocolates. Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November, at 11:00 and 14:00, at the absinthe drying house in Boveresse. Philippe Geinoz attends the 11:00 sessions to present his creations.
Pay what you wish: you choose your contribution freely and pay it on site. Places are limited to 20 people per session.
The same weekend, also discover our flash tours of the exhibition « Pernod, the birth of the aperitif » and our Sunday brunch on 1 November, at the Maison de l'Absinthe in Môtiers.

Between origins, plants, clandestine history and rituals, the permanent trail offers an accessible understanding, without simplifying. The Maison de l’Absinthe can be explored alone or with a guide — and afterwards, the bar invites you to share in a selection of local absinthes.
