What we offer

• Museum and exhibitions: visit the museum free of charge with your ticket, discover the temporary exhibition “A Bottle at Sea” and watch the screening of a new documentary film about absinthe and the Val-de-Travers.
• A tribute to women: discover the portraits of the women who shaped the history of the green fairy, marking the women’s strike day.
• The largest absinthe fountain in the world: admire this unique piece, 3.39 metres tall with a capacity of 1002 litres, created by the Junior Chamber International of Neuchâtel, a symbol of the richness and tradition of the Val-de-Travers.

Settle into our garden for a coffee, a herbal tea, a drink with or without alcohol, or choose among the absinthes of some fifteen distilleries that use the plants of the Val-de-Travers. And of course, savour an absinthe clouded with water from this impressive fountain, the very symbol of the green fairy.
