A wide buffet of local produce cooked on site, an absinthe tasting and a broad choice of drinks, with and without alcohol. To close, a café gourmand with chocolate gives a first taste of the Maison de l'Absinthe's new chocolate creations.

Between origins, plants, clandestine history and rituals, the permanent trail offers an accessible understanding, without simplifying. The Maison de l’Absinthe can be explored alone or with a guide — and afterwards, the bar invites you to share in a selection of local absinthes.
