Absinthe was born in this valley and forbidden for almost a hundred years. A guide from the Val-de-Travers takes your group through the museum on a departure of your own: the plants it is made from, the clandestine years, and the ritual that surrounds the glass.

Admission is CHF 12 per person and the guide CHF 100 for the whole group. For ten people, that comes to CHF 22 per person; for twenty, CHF 17.

Other group formats

A visit, a workshop, a table — or all three

A group day is composed rather than picked off a shelf. The guided visit can be extended by the Dessert défendu workshop, closed with an apéro, or held outside opening hours for your group alone.

Tell us the shape of the day you have in mind and we build it with you.
