Capacity and conditions
Group size, opening hours and terms are confirmed in writing before anything is committed.

Your group makes the « Soufflé glacé de la fée », the dessert served to François Mitterrand in 1983. The session begins with the workshop, continues with a guided tour of the museum and a tasting of three absinthes with butter flûtes and dried sausage, and ends with the dessert. Beyond 18 people, the group splits in two and the second half starts with the tour. Two and a half hours in all.
