Dessert défendu workshop

A guided tour of the museum, a tasting of three absinthes with flûtes and dried sausage, and then the workshop itself: your group makes the « Soufflé glacé de la fée », the dessert served to François Mitterrand in 1983. Two and a half hours in all.

A cocktail dinner can follow, or a meal at the Six-Communes a hundred and fifty metres away. Tell us if either interests you and we will arrange it.
