The Maison de l'Absinthe took part in this regional gastronomic walk, organised as part of the Taste Week, offering Neuchâtel specialities — charcuterie, cheeses, wines and absinthe — along an outdoor route. An annual regional event in which the museum participates as a partner.

For a Federal Fast Day both delicious and entertaining!

On Monday 19 September 2022, the Maison de l’Absinthe is pleased to take part in the Balade gourmande du Val-de-Travers!

This year the walk runs from Môtiers to the Asphalt Mines, following the Areuse. The ground is suitable for prams and wheelchairs.

All along the walk you can taste sumptuous dishes drawn from the specialities of the Neuchâtel region. Would you like a foretaste of what will be served? On the programme: local meats and cheeses, Neuchâtel wines, artisan treats (savoury and sweet) and, naturally, our famous and fabulous absinthe!
